Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
¾ cup butter-flavored shortening
3 to 4 tbsp cold water
Filling:
12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, (I buy the already cooked bacon to save time)
4 eggs
2 cups half-and-half cream
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
1¼ cups shredded Swiss cheese
